Where do my customers see their wallet balance and add funds?

I turned on the wallet, but customers are asking where to find it on the website.

Customers sign in and open My Wallet from the menu in their account. There they see:

  • their Wallet balance
  • Add funds with a Top up button, if you ticked Allow customers to top up in Plugins → Wallet. The amount must fall between your Min top-up and Max top-up.
  • Recent transactions

If you also have the Gift Cards plugin, customers can redeem a gift card there too, which credits the wallet. A frozen wallet shows "Frozen — contact support".
