Terms of use

Last updated: 5 October 2026. These terms cover the Wcart Community site. Your use of the Wcart platform itself is covered by the agreement for your Wcart account.

Your account

You sign in with your Wcart account. You are responsible for activity under it and for keeping your password private.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you allow Wcart to display, store and distribute it as part of the community, including in search results. Post only what you have the right to share, and follow the community guidelines.

Acceptable use

Do not use bots, scripts or other automated means to post, vote, report or collect content, and do not try to get around posting limits, spam checks or a suspension. We may limit or block accounts and requests that do.

Community content is not official advice

Answers are written by members and may be incomplete or out of date. Answers from the Wcart Team are provided in good faith but do not replace your account’s support channel. Check anything that affects payments, tax or legal obligations against your own circumstances.

The Wcart Team

Wcart staff and community moderators post under the name Wcart Team. Questions may be assigned internally to a team member to answer; this does not guarantee an answer or a response time. Some starter questions and answers were written by the Wcart Team.

Moderation

We may edit, hide or remove content, close threads, and suspend accounts that break these terms or the guidelines.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the community after a change means you accept the updated terms.
