When can a customer download a digital product they paid for by bank transfer or UPI?

Downloads unlock only after the payment is confirmed. While the order is Pending or Awaiting Verification, the customer's My Orders page shows "Downloads unlock once your payment is confirmed."

To unlock it:

1. Open the order from Orders → Manage Orders.
2. Check the reference in the Payment proof box against your bank or UPI app.
3. Click Approve (mark paid).

The order moves to Processing and the download links work straight away. If the order is later Cancelled or Refunded, the downloads become unavailable again.
