What does a shopper see at checkout when I offer Click & Collect?

Once at least one store location is set up for pickup, checkout shows a Delivery method section with two choices: Ship to me and Pickup in store · free.

If the shopper picks Pickup in store:

• they must choose a store in Choose a store. Each store shows its name and city, then its address once selected;
• the shipping address is skipped and no shipping is charged;
• guests enter their Full Name and Phone under the store picker so you can contact them.

The chosen store is attached to the order so your team knows where to prepare it.
