I get COD orders that are refused at the door and come back, which costs me shipping both ways.

Use the COD options on Orders → Fraud Protection: - Require email OTP for COD: before a COD order can be placed, the shopper must enter a 6-digit code sent to their email at checkout. No extra channel setup is needed. If the code can't be sent, COD stays available. - COD return history (RTO) rule: raises the risk score of a COD order going to a phone or pincode that refused or returned COD before. - Blocklist: add a phone, email, IP or pincode. Any order that matches scores High. - Set High-risk orders to Block COD at checkout (force prepaid). A COD checkout that scores High is then refused, and the shopper is asked to pay online. Nothing is saved for that attempt. Click Save settings. WCart doesn't charge an extra COD fee or set a minimum or maximum order value for COD.
