Can I block returns on some categories, like innerwear or sale items?

I accept returns on most products but not on hygiene items.

Yes. Open Plugins, then Return Settings. Use Exclude categories to list the categories that can never be returned, or Include categories to allow returns only on the ones you pick (leave it empty to allow all). On the same page you can set the Eligibility window (days), a Minimum order amount, and the Reasons customers choose from. Save when done.
