Can I add a shipping charge or a coupon to an order I create in the admin?

Go to Orders, click Create order, add the products and pick or type the customer. There is a Shipping charge field in the order panel, and the totals update as you type. There is no coupon field on this screen today, so if you promised a discount, agree it with the customer before you place the order. Typing the Pincode fills in the city and state for you.
