Why isn't my countdown timer showing on the product page?

I created a timer, but when I open the product on my store there's nothing there.

Open the timer in Products → Countdown Timer and check:

  • Active is ticked.
  • Starts at isn't still in the future.
  • Ends at hasn't passed. Expired timers disappear. For Evergreen (per-visitor), at least one of Days, Hours or Minutes must be set.
  • The targeting includes this product (All products, Specific products or Categories).
  • Placement: the timer may be lower or higher on the page than you expect, for example Below Add-to-Cart.

Only one timer shows per product. If several timers match, the newest one is shown and the others are hidden.
