Why is nobody receiving my push notifications?

I sent a broadcast but it doesn't look like anyone got it.

Push notifications only reach shoppers who opted in, so check these:

  1. In Plugins → Push Notifications → Settings, tick Enable browser (Web) push on the storefront and save. The Prompt title and Prompt message are what shoppers see when asked.
  2. Shoppers have to accept that prompt in their browser. Anyone who blocked it won't receive anything.
  3. For the mobile store app, also tick Enable mobile app push and add your Firebase project ID and Service account JSON.

The Delivery log shows how many pushes were sent, failed and opened.
