Why is my shop not showing as a pickup option at checkout?

The pickup picker only lists store locations that are set up for it. Go to Inventory → Store Locations (or click Manage store locations on the Click & Collect plugin page), edit your shop and make sure both Pickup point and Active are on. Also check the Click & Collect plugin itself is active under Plugins. Once saved, the Ship vs Pickup in store choice appears at checkout.
