Why doesn't the coupon a shopper won on the spin wheel work at checkout?

The spin wheel only hands out the code you typed into the prize slice. It does not create the coupon for you.

Make sure the same code exists in Marketing → Coupons, is Active, and that its Valid from / Valid until dates, usage limits and minimum cart value allow the order. Once the coupon itself works, the prize works too.
