Why does the Manage Tax page show "Upgrade to add more" instead of Add rate?

Your plan has a limit on how many tax rates a store can have, and you have reached it. The counter next to Tax Rates shows how many you have used out of your limit, and it turns red when you are at the cap.

Your options:

• Edit an existing rate. Editing is always allowed, even at the limit.
• Delete rates you no longer need to free up space.
• Click Upgrade to add more to see plans with a higher limit under Account → Subscription.

Rates that stack, such as CGST and SGST for one state, count as separate rates.
