Why does my UPI ID show "Enter a valid UPI ID" when I save?

Wcart checks the format of the UPI ID before saving. It has to look like name@bank, for example yourshop@okhdfcbank: letters, numbers, dots or dashes, then an @, then the bank handle in letters.

Common reasons it fails:

• a mobile number without the @handle part
• a space inside the ID, for example before the @
• a typo in the bank handle

Copy the ID exactly as your UPI app shows it, paste it into UPI ID on Settings → Store Settings → Payment Gateway → Configure (UPI), and click Save Changes. A UPI ID is required if Enable at checkout is ticked.
