Why does my Staff page show "Upgrade to add more" instead of Invite staff?

You have reached the number of staff accounts your plan allows. The badge next to the Staff title shows how many you are using.

Pending invitations count towards the limit as well as active staff. The store owner does not count. An invite you sent but nobody has accepted still uses a slot.

To free a slot:

• Under Pending invitations, click Cancel on any invite you don't need, or
• click Remove on a staff member who no longer needs access.

To add more people, click Upgrade to add more. It takes you to Subscription, where you can change your plan.
