Why can't my staff member open a product from the product list?

Product names and photos in the list only become links when the staff member's role allows Edit on Products. With view-only access, they see the list as plain text.

To give edit access:

1. Go to Roles & Permissions → Manage Roles.
2. Click Permissions on their role.
3. Find the Products row and tick Edit. Keep View ticked.
4. Click Save role.

The same row controls the bulk buttons. Move to Draft needs Edit, and Move to Trash needs Delete. Create lets them add new products and use Duplicate.

If the change doesn't show straight away, ask them to sign out and sign in again.
