Why can't I save a product?

Either a field is too long or a required field is empty.

• Too long: shorten long fields (usually the title or SKU).
• Required fields: Title, Price (not needed for Variable products — each variant has its own), SKU (for Simple and Variable products — click Use "…" to fill one in), at least one of the Categories and a Primary category. Affiliate products also need an Affiliate URL.

Then save again — the message at the top tells you which field is missing.
