Why are my affiliate's referral clicks not showing in the Visits Report?

Check these things:

1. Affiliate Program → Settings: Program enabled must be ticked. When it is off, no clicks are tracked.
2. Affiliate Users: her status must be active. Clicks for pending, rejected or banned affiliates are ignored.
3. Repeat clicks: a visitor who clicks the same affiliate's link again within the Cookie window (days) counts as one visit, not several. Many clicks from the same people will show as few visits.
4. Excluded products or categories: clicks to those are still recorded but earn nothing.

The Cookie window (days) also decides how long after a click an order is still credited to the affiliate.
