Who delivers the order to the customer?

You do - you pack and send the order yourself by courier, India Post or local delivery. Set your delivery charge in admin (or tell us, e.g. "Rs 100 shipping") and it is added at checkout automatically. You can also set free delivery above an order value. Shipping integrations like Shiprocket are available on paid plans.
