Where should the privacy policy link in my cookie banner point?
The cookie banner asks for a privacy policy link and I am not sure what to put.

Point it at your own privacy policy page. First create the page under Pages if you do not have one. Then go to Settings → Web Settings → Cookie Consent, paste the page address into Privacy policy link (a store path like the example shown in the field works) and set the Link text. The field is optional, but a privacy link is expected for GDPR. Check the Preview and save.
