Where does the shipping charge appear for my customer after they order?
A customer asked me how much they paid for delivery. Can they see it themselves?

Yes. When the customer opens the order in their account (My Orders), the Summary card lists the shipping amount on its own line, labelled with the shipping name (for example "Standard Shipping" or the zone method). It sits between the discounts and the tax lines, above Total.
You see the same figure in Orders → Manage Orders when you open the order, next to Shipping in the Summary card, and it is printed on the invoice.
Free shipping shows as 0 with its label, such as Free shipping (coupon).
