Where can I see all the orders that still owe a balance after paying a deposit?

Use the Outstanding Balances report.

1. Open Marketing → Marketing Home and click the Reports tile under Measure.
2. Click Outstanding Balances at the bottom.
3. Pick the date range. It opens on the last 90 days and filters by the date the order was placed.

At the top you see Outstanding, Collected (deposits) and Orders with a balance. The table lists each order with Customer, Total, Paid, Balance due, how the balance will be paid (Online or Cash on delivery) and the date placed.

Click an order number to open the order and collect the rest. Export CSV downloads the list.
