What number do I put in the orderstatus column of the order import file?
The import template has an orderstatus column with a 1 in it. What do the numbers stand for?

The orderstatus column takes a number:
- 1 Pending
- 2 Processing
- 3 Shipped
- 4 Delivered
- 5 Cancelled
If you leave it empty, the order is imported as Pending. For old orders that were already completed, use 4 so they show as Delivered straight away.
Higher numbers (Return Requested, Refunded and so on) belong to the returns process, so don't use them in an import. You can change any order's status later on its page with Update Status.
