What happens when a subscription renewal payment fails?

WCart retries the charge for you. Open Plugins, then Subscriptions, and go to the Settings tab. Failed-charge retries sets how many times to try again (3 by default) and Retry gap (hours) sets the wait between tries (24 by default). Subscriptions that keep failing show as Past due on the Overview tab, so you can follow up with the customer.
