What do I need to connect UPS for my shipments?

UPS needs three required details from your UPS developer and shipping account:

  • Client ID
  • Client Secret
  • Shipper Account Number
  1. Go to Settings → Store Settings → Shipping Setup and scroll to Shipping Carriers.
  2. Tick UPS and click Save carriers. Your plan sets how many carriers you can pick.
  3. Click Configure on the UPS card, choose Test / Sandbox or Live under Mode, and fill in the fields.
  4. Tick Enable for this store and click Save UPS.

UPS supports labels and tracking, so you can create shipments from the order page.
