What do Abandoned, Recovered, Completed and Closed mean on my abandoned carts?
Each cart in the list has a status and I'm not sure what they mean.

They show how far each cart got:
- Abandoned: the shopper left items behind and hasn't come back yet. Reminder emails are still going out.
- Recovered: the shopper clicked the link in a recovery email.
- Completed: the cart turned into an order.
- Closed: the recovery link expired, so no more emails are sent. This happens after Recovery link valid for (hours) on the Settings tab (168 hours, 7 days, by default).
The Overview cards count Abandoned (open), Recovered (clicked), Completed (ordered) and the Recovered value.
