What details do I need to connect PhonePe as my payment gateway?

PhonePe needs three details from your PhonePe merchant account: Merchant ID, Salt Key and Salt Index.

1. Go to Settings → Store Settings → Payment Gateway.
2. In the Payment Gateways box, tick PhonePe and click Save gateways (your plan sets how many you can pick).
3. Click Configure on the PhonePe row under Payment Methods.
4. Choose Live / Sandbox, then fill in the matching Test or Live fields for all three (each is required).
5. Set Status to Active and click Submit.

PhonePe works in INR only. Customers are sent to the PhonePe payment page to pay and come back to your order confirmation page.
