My weight-based shipping charges nothing on very heavy orders. Why?

When an order falls outside every bracket, that method charges nothing. Open Plugins, then Shipping Zone, click Edit on the zone and check the method's brackets. Leave the maximum of your last bracket empty (it shows as ∞) so everything above that weight is covered, or add more brackets. The same applies to Price-based and Quantity-based brackets.
