My Payment page says my plan doesn't include online card and wallet payments. What are my options?

I want to accept cards but there is no gateway list on my payment settings.

That message means your current plan includes no online gateways. You have two ways to add them:

  • Buy gateway capacity from the Gateway Capacity card shown on the same page (Settings → Store Settings → Payment Gateway).
  • Move to a larger plan that includes online payments.

After that, the Payment Gateways box appears. Tick the gateways you want, click Save gateways, then Configure each one with its keys.

Until then, Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer and UPI are always available, so you can still take orders.
