If I mark an order Refunded or Cancelled, does Wcart send the money back to the customer's card?
A customer paid with Stripe and I set the order to Refunded. Will they get their money?

No. Changing the status does not refund money through the payment gateway. To return a card or online payment, issue the refund from your gateway's own dashboard (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal and so on).
What Wcart does reverse automatically when a whole order is cancelled or refunded:
- wallet balance the customer spent is returned to their wallet
- reward points earned are taken back, and points spent are returned
- the coupon's usage is released so it can be used again
So refund the online payment in the gateway, then update the order status in Wcart so your records match.
