I lost my phone with the authenticator app. How do I get back into my admin?

Use one of the backup codes you saved when you turned on two-factor.

1. Log in with your email and password as usual.
2. On the Verify it’s you screen, type a backup code into the Verification code box instead of an app code, then click Verify & continue.

Each backup code works only once. If you also turned on email codes, you can click Resend code and use the code sent to your email instead.

Once you are in, go to Account → Security. Click Turn off on the Authenticator app card, enter another unused backup code and click Turn off again. Then click Set up to link your new phone. You can also click Regenerate on the Backup codes card to get a fresh set. This replaces your old codes.
