I added a 3D model but it is not showing on my product page. What should I check?

The model uploaded fine and is listed under Models, but shoppers only see the normal photos.

Go to Plugins → 3D Customizer and check these in order:

  1. Settings tab: Show 3D / AR viewer on product pages must be ticked. Click Save settings. This is the master switch, and when it is off no model shows anywhere.
  2. Models tab: the model's Status must say Active. If it says Off, click Edit, tick Active and click Update model.
  3. Make sure the model is linked to the right Product.
  4. Make sure the 3D Customizer plugin is still active on your plan. If it is not, the page shows "The 3D Customizer plugin is not active".

The viewer appears below the product image gallery, not in place of it.
