How do I put the customer name and order number into my WhatsApp order template?

Fill the Variables (CSV of order fields) box next to each event on Plugins → WhatsApp Notification, under Order Notifications.

• List order fields separated by commas, for example name, order_no, total_amount.
• They fill the template's body placeholders in order: the first field goes into the first placeholder, the second into the second, and so on.
• Available fields: order_no, name, phone, total_amount, status, currency_code (shipped and delivered messages may also include tracking).

Use exactly as many fields as your template has placeholders, then click Save settings.
