How do I find past-due subscriptions and cancel one from the admin?

I want to see which customers have failed renewals and cancel a subscription for a customer who called me.

Go to Plugins → Subscriptions. The Overview tab shows counts for Active, Trialing/Paused, Past due, Cancelled and Total. Below that, the Subscriptions list has a status filter. Choose pastdue to see only failed renewals. Each row shows the Ref, Customer, Amount, Status, Next bill date and Gateway. To cancel one, click Cancel on its row and confirm. Future renewals stop and the customer is emailed that the subscription has been cancelled. As an admin you can cancel even if Customers can cancel is turned off in Settings.
