Do test orders send emails, use up stock or show up in my sales reports?

I want to check my checkout without messing up my stock levels or sales numbers.

No. An order placed in Test Order mode is kept separate: - No order confirmation email or WhatsApp message is sent - Stock isn't reduced - Coupons, reward points, wallet balance and affiliate commission aren't used or earned - It's left out of all your analytics and reports, including the tiles on the Orders page - It doesn't count towards your plan's order limit It still appears in your admin (tick Show test orders under Filters on Orders → Manage Orders) so you can open it and check how it looks.
