Do customers pay shipping when they choose store pickup?
I turned on Click & Collect and want to be sure pickup orders aren't charged delivery.

No. When a shopper picks Pickup in store at checkout, Wcart skips the shipping address and charges no shipping. The shipping line shows "Store pickup".
To see just these orders, open Plugins → Click & Collect and click View pickup orders. It opens Manage Orders filtered to pickup orders.
When an order is packed, open it, choose Ready for Pickup in the status dropdown and click Update Status. The customer is notified. Choose Collected and click Update Status when they pick it up. If those statuses are missing from the dropdown, contact Wcart support.
