Can my customers search and filter their own past orders on my store?

Yes. When a signed-in customer opens My Orders in their account, they get these tools once they have at least one order:

• Search: type a product name or SKU to find every order that contains it.
• Status: All statuses, or one status such as Delivered or Cancelled.
• Date range: a from date and a to date. Both days are included.
• Clear: resets everything.

The list shows 10 orders per page by default, with Prev and Next buttons. The search and filters are saved in the page address, so refreshing keeps them.

Searching by the order number shown on their confirmation, for example ABC-0012, doesn't currently find the order. Suggest they search by a product name or use the date range instead.

Guest shoppers can use your Track your order page instead.
