Can I get an email every time someone submits my contact form?

Yes. Open Contact Forms in the Settings sidebar and click the settings icon (Settings, Email & Actions, Submissions) on your form. In the email actions, turn on admin notifications and enter the address in Send admin notifications to. You can also turn on a confirmation email to the person who submitted, which uses the form's Email field. The actions save as soon as you toggle them.
