Can I export my orders to a spreadsheet?

Yes. On Orders → Manage Orders, click Export. WCart downloads orders.csv, which opens in Excel or Google Sheets.

The file has one row per order. Columns: order id, order number, date, customer name, email and phone, item count, subtotal, shipping, tax, total, currency, status, payment method, shipping carrier and AWB.

Things to know:

• The export uses your current search, Status filter and sort. The Source and Fraud risk filters are not applied to it yet.
• Status and payment method are exported as number codes, not names. For example 1 is Pending, 2 Processing and 5 Cancelled.
• It is one row per order, not per item, and has up to 10,000 orders.

To bring orders in from elsewhere, use the Import button next to Export.
