Can I change a product's price when I create an order in the admin?
I agreed a special price with a regular customer over the phone and want to enter it on the order.

Yes. Go to Orders → Manage Orders → Create order and tap the product tiles to add them.
Each line in the Order panel has two boxes: the quantity, and the unit price after the × sign. Type your agreed price into the price box. The line total, Subtotal and Total update straight away.
Wcart keeps the price you enter for orders created here. The one exception is wholesale tier pricing. If the product has a tier price for that quantity, the tier price is used.
Your product's normal price in the catalog is not changed.
