Yes. Go to Settings → Store Settings → Payment Gateway, click Configure on Bank Transfer, and look at Payment proof. Set Where they can submit to: - Confirmation page + My Orders: right after ordering, or later from their account - My Orders only: only from their account - Confirmation page only: only right after placing the order Click Save Changes. With My Orders allowed, customers open the order in their account and use the same proof form whenever they have paid.
