Can customers get an email reminder before their subscription renews?
Some customers forget they are subscribed and complain after the charge. I would like to warn them a few days before.

Yes. Go to Plugins → Subscriptions and open the Settings tab.
- Tick Send renewal reminder emails.
- Set Reminder days before (the default is 3).
- Click Save settings.
The reminder goes to subscriptions that are active or in a trial, on the day their next renewal is exactly that many days away. Each renewal is only reminded once. Paused and cancelled subscriptions do not get reminders, and the customer needs an email address on the subscription.
