Are my customers' orders sent to my dropshipping supplier automatically?
When someone buys an imported product, do I still need to place the order with the supplier myself?

It depends on the provider. Go to Plugins → Drop-shipping & POD and open the provider card.
- Printrove, CJdropshipping and Qikink: there is an Order fulfillment section. Turn on Auto-fulfill paid orders, which is off by default. Once an order is paid, Wcart places the matching order with the supplier straight away. Fulfilments are listed in that section. Click Sync tracking to pull in courier tracking, which is then added to your Wcart order.
- Printify, Printful and AliExpress: these only import products right now. You need to place those orders with the supplier yourself.
Auto-fulfill places real orders that cost you money, so test with one product first.
