A customer never received their gift card email. Can I send it again?
Someone bought a gift card for a friend, but the friend says the email never arrived.

Yes. Go to Plugins → Gift Cards. In the Issued cards list, find the card and click Resend. The button only appears when the card has a recipient email.
Check the recipient email shown in the list is correct, and ask them to look in their spam folder. You can also see the card's Balance and Status in the same list.
