With several warehouses, what stock number does the product page show?

I hold the same SKU in two warehouses. Will shoppers see each warehouse separately or one total?

One total. The storefront adds up the available stock for the product or SKU across all your warehouses, and uses that total to decide whether it is in stock, low or out of stock. To show the number to shoppers, go to Inventory → Settings and, under Storefront display, tick Display stock details on the product page. Then choose a Placement (hook), a Design and the Format text. The count is filled in automatically. Click Save Settings to apply. If the total reaches zero, the product shows as out of stock. Show out-of-stock products on the storefront decides whether it stays visible.
