Why is one of my coupon codes missing from the Coupon-wise report?

The Coupon-wise Report only lists codes that were actually used on an order placed in the date range shown. A coupon that nobody used in that period does not get a row.

Check these:

1. The date range. The report opens on the last 30 days. Click the date box and choose a longer period, such as Last 365 days, then Apply.
2. Whether the coupon was used. If a shopper typed the code but did not finish checkout, nothing is recorded.
3. Test orders. Orders marked as test orders are never counted.
