Why is a product I restored from Trash still not showing in my shop?

I deleted a product last week, then restored it from Trash today, but customers still can't find it.

Restoring a product brings it back as a Draft, not as a live product. You will see the message "Product restored to Draft".

To put it back on sale:

  1. Go to Products → Products and find the product. You can use the Filters button and set Status to Draft to find it quickly.
  2. Open the product.
  3. In the Status card, choose Active.
  4. Click Save.

Publishing counts towards your plan's active-product allowance. If you are already at that limit, unpublish another product first or upgrade your plan.
