Why does the Units column show 3 when the order has only 2 products?

Units counts the total quantity in the order, not the number of different products. An order with 2 of one T-shirt and 1 of another shows 3.

To see the breakdown, open the order. The items table has a Qty column for each line.

The Units ordered figure in the analytics above the list counts units the same way, by total quantity.

You can hide or show Units like the other optional columns with the Columns button on the order list. Your choice is saved in this browser.
