Why does my variable product show a price that doesn't match any single size?

My shop card shows ₹499 crossed out and ₹399, but no size actually has that pair. Where do these numbers come from?

Before a shopper picks an option, a Variable product shows a summary price that Wcart works out when you click Save:

  • The regular price is the lowest Price of all your variant rows.
  • The sale price is the lowest Sale of all your variant rows.

The two are picked separately, so they can come from different sizes. Blank or 0 prices are ignored. Rows with Active unticked still count.

This summary is used on product cards and at the top of the product page. Once the shopper picks a full combination, the price changes to that variant's own price.

To make the summary match a real variant:

  1. Open the product from Products → Products and scroll to the Variants card.
  2. Check the Price and Sale columns. Clear the prices on rows you have switched off.
  3. Click Save.
