Where do shoppers choose their language on my store?

A language switcher appears in your store header once you have more than one Active language. With only one active language, no switcher is shown.

To control what shoppers see, go to Plugins → Multi Language → Languages:

• Status must be Active for a language to be offered. Click the status badge in the list to switch it.
• Native name is how the language is written in the switcher, for example Français. Flag emoji is optional.
• First-time visitors see your Default language. After a shopper picks a language, it is remembered on their browser for later visits.

Text that hasn't been translated yet falls back to the base language.
