Where do I find the file or photo a customer uploaded with their order?
My product has an add-on where shoppers upload a photo. Where do I get the image after they order?

Open the order from Orders → Manage Orders. In the list of items, any product with add-ons has an Add-ons row under it showing what the customer chose or typed.
For an upload:
- An image shows as a small preview with View and Download links
- Any other file shows as a link with its file name. Click it to open or save the file
If an add-on had an extra charge, the price shows in brackets next to it. Check these details before you start making or packing the item.
